Working principle of centrifugal filter: Centrifugal filter is based on the working principle of gravity and centrifugal force, and removes solid particles heavier than water. Water enters the centrifugal filter body tangentially from the water inlet pipe, and the rotation generates centrifugal force, which pushes the sediment and high-density solid particles to flow along the pipe wall, forming a cyclone, causing the sand and stones to enter the sand collection tank, and the purified water flows along. When it flows out along the water outlet, the separation of water and sand is completed.

Main uses of centrifugal filters:
1. Primary filtration of water quality in micro-irrigation systems.
2. Primary treatment of groundwater and surface water with large sand content.
3. Used for irrigation of vegetables, fruit trees, greenhouses, flowers, tea gardens, green spaces and field crops.

Note on centrifugal filters: Centrifugal filters are usually installed at the front end of the irrigation system. The filter inlet is connected to the submersible pump outlet through pipes and check valves, and the water outlet is connected through pipes, valves, and gravel filters. Before installation The ground needs to be hardened; a sealing gasket is added to the flange connection, and a pressure gauge is installed at the filter inlet and outlet. The filter body must be placed stably. After installation, a pressure test is performed. There must be no cracks at the connection under rated pressure. Water leakage. The entire front end should be installed indoors. When winter comes, the centrifugal filter must drain the accumulated water in the filter to prevent rust. Collisions and throwing should be avoided during loading, unloading, and transportation, and the surface of the filter must be rust-proofed regularly.
