- The backwash control valve is a three-way hydraulically actuated diaphragm control valve. It has the characteristics of low pressure sealing and stable flow change. It can be connected to a gravel filter or a disc filter to form an automatic backwash filter system. It is also possible to change the flow direction of the water supply.
- According to the different assembly direction of the spring, it can be divided into two types: angular flow direction and straight flow direction. And the unique cavity design ensures a large flow of water supply.
APPLICATION SCENARIOS：
Automatic Backwash Filtration System—Assembled into a Backwash filtration system with sand media filter or disc filter.
Water Supply System—used to change the direction of water flow in the water supply pipes.
Take the straight-through flow control valve as an example: in the normal filtration working state, the water inlet and the water outlet are connected, and the water flows forward. When the external pressure water [1] enters the diaphragm control chamber [2], the pressure increases, the valve core assembly [4] driven by the diaphragm [3] goes up into the upper valve seat [5], and the water inlet is sealed tightly. At this time, the sewage outlet is connected with the water outlet, and the water flows to the sewage outlet and enters the backwashing state. When the water in the control chamber is discharged, the water pressure of the pipeline and the spring force [6] work together to make the valve core assembly [4] return to the lower valve seat [7] of the sewage outlet. The sewage outlet is sealed tightly, and the control valve returns to filter mod- Short stroke of valves stabilizing water flow and avoiding blend of clean and dirty water.
