PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

 

  • The filter elements in ARCK's disc filters use a unique and innovative technology. It has the advantages of micron-level precision, high efficiency and high-capacity filtration. Well-designed structure is easy to clean and maintain.
  • ARCK's screen filter uses a stainless steel wire mesh made of a special weaving process. It has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, acid resistance and micron filtration accuracy.
  • We provide filters of different sizes and shapes to meet the special requirements of different pipe diameters and different flow rates. The filtration precision is between 20-600 microns. 
  • ARCK's filters are suitable for domestic water, agricultural irrigation, garden irrigation, industrial water recycling.

 

 

THE UNIQUE DISC TECHNOLOGY:

Both sides of each polypropylene disc are engraved with grooves in opposite directions. All the discs are stacked in an orderly manner on the filter column, creating numerous small spaces due to the opposite direction of the grooves between adjacent laminations. Finally, a series of unique filter channels are formed to contain dirt impurities. Therefore, every ARCK disc filter is a perfect depth filter unit.  Filtration accuracy is determined by the depth and density of the grooves, and is distinguished by discs of different colors.
